By using Cuenca House services, including our website, WhatsApp agent and CRM, you accept these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

2. Service description

Cuenca House is a real estate agency operating in Cuenca, Ecuador, offering:

• Brokerage for property purchases, sales and rentals
• Personalized real estate advice
• WhatsApp support with an AI assistant
• Property listings on cuenca.house

3. Commissions

Cuenca House's commission is agreed with each client based on the transaction type and value. For rentals, the commission equals one month's rent. In partnerships with other brokers, the cost is not passed on to the client. No hidden charges.

4. AI assistant

Our WhatsApp virtual assistant uses artificial intelligence to answer questions and qualify leads. Its answers are for guidance and do not constitute legal or financial advice. For important decisions, we always recommend speaking with a human Cuenca House advisor.

5. Property information

Cuenca House makes its best efforts to keep property information current and accurate. However, prices, availability and features may change without notice. Any offer is subject to confirmation.

6. Limitation of liability

Cuenca House acts as an intermediary. We are not responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services, including transactions between buyers and sellers.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of the city of Cuenca.
