1. What the $500 reservation means
You can reserve your chosen home with USD $500 . With the reservation we begin your mortgage prequalification : we only prequalify people who have already chosen a home (or asked us to find one). The $500 is not an additional charge : it counts toward the home's value and is deducted from the final price at closing.
2. 30-day period
Once we confirm your payment, the home is reserved in your name for 30 days and is not offered to third parties while we arrange prequalification with the bank, mutual savings institution or credit union.
3. When and how much is refunded

| Assisted search without results in 30 days | 50% ($250) refund. |
If you withdraw voluntarily, we retain $400 because the reservation and prequalification arrangements have already been made in your name.
4. Assisted search
If you cannot find your home in our catalog, for the same $500 we help you search for 30 days , both within and outside our catalog. If you find your home, the $500 becomes its reservation under the rules in section 3. If we do not find a home for you within 30 days, we refund 50% ($250).
5. How to pay
By card (Payphone) or bank transfer. When you complete the form, we give you a payment code for the transfer reference and send it to you by email. The reservation starts when we confirm payment.
6. How to request a refund
Contact us through WhatsApp or at [email protected] with your name and payment code. We issue the refund by bank transfer within the following business days.
